Confidential work. This is an NDA signed project
The outcome
We launched the app's initial version, offering a limited set of features on both Android and iOS platforms. This version included functionalities such as meeting room availability and booking, monitoring canteen traffic, providing information about upcoming events, offering a digital ID card, and delivering COVID-19 updates.
The process
We followed the agile methodology for the whole process. Employing a lean UX strategy, we continuously assessed and made improvements based on user feedback. We organized tasks into sprints, collaborating as a cohesive team consisting of designers, developers, product owners, and a scrum master.
Information gathering
Each sprint kicks of with UX workshops with stakeholders to understand the requirements. These workshops played a crucial role in our sprint planning and task prioritization.
Ideation
During this phase, concepts are sketched out, and fundamental wireframes are crafted. These low-fidelity wireframes undergo rapid testing and iteration, driven by valuable feedback.
Design
The final wireframes are converted into high-fidelity screens. We created a design system rooted in Singtel's brand guidelines, ensuring uniformity throughout the application. Additionally, prototyping and interaction design are executed during this stage.
Development & Testing
Once finalized, the high-fidelity screens are passed on to the dev team. A thorough design review is conducted on all developed screens to ensure their functionality aligns with the intended design
